Yeah but he doesn't seem to have raw talent like Guthrie and Sammy. Maybe he needs a loan spell to a Championship/League 1 side...

 

I don't know why Sammy gets all this hype. Average player at best

 

Drenthe switching sides and attacking Raylor changed the game for me, forced Gutierrez to be more defensive to help out. Without him the game would have been much more comfortable for us. I think Gosling is a bit like Guthrie, needs a string of matches to improve but just won't get them. People seem to jump on the pair of them quickly, ignoring how long both players have been out for and comparing them to two outstanding players in Cabaye and Tiote. I did notice Marveux had a reluctance to chase after the ball when he lost it. This team is built around graft and harrying when not in possesion. But another win with a well changed midfield is great. Our tale of the season so far has been one awesome half and one poor/mediocre half. Hopefully after a two week break and injuries healed we can put together two great halfs.

 

2nd half was our toughest test of the season.
