Seems your showing a 27% profit Chelsea. How long you running this for, at those figures it is obviously working at the moment.
Think it's October 31st, i.e. one full year. Chelsea is doing extraordinarily well with his system, which I would be the first to admit was pretty sceptical at the start last year. Really do wish him well and continues to show a healthy profit up to the finish line. Very impressed as, in my fairly long experience looking at horseracing betting 'systems', they usually go belly-up pretty quickly? Bravo Chelsea!
Cheers Mall/Swans, and As Swans said Mall just the year trial at the moment, then probably re-analyse might tweak a few things / change a few things, will probably just give the full details on here at the end see if anyone else has any improvements/suggestions etc. Very happy so far, if it repeats the previous years i analysed then we're on course for a very healthy profit!
Morning Chelsea.. Just a few thoughts running through my head after a cup of tea. Have you noticed any relationship between the 2 races that are within 7 days. For example were they at the same track, different track, same distance/going, same jockey etc. Where were they placed in the first race, how far behind the winner and how were they ridden. Just wondering if studying a video of the first race might be useful. Of the ones that qualified and didn't win, how did they do next time out?
Bit too in-depth for me Ron takes long enough as it is when reviewing, doing all that would just be endless & take forever, wouldn’t have anywhere near enough time. So someone else might but i’m just keeping my blueprint simple
Fair enough. I didn't know what data you kept on the selections. Sometimes I think too much If you could supply a list of the selections I might be able to do some investigation A system needs to have some logic as opposed to using past stats. Your system starts off with some basic logic but, understandably, we don't know how far your logic goes. I was looking to find whether the logic could be refined (eg why are they running again within 7 days?)
I post all the selections on here Ron, and the selections daily as i said before are just specific courses where horses that ran within the last 7 days are running as long as there is not more than one in the same race that is running within the last 7 days and it's not 40/1 +. And na it's pretty simple tbh there is no real logic apart from the specific courses Betting bank down to £400 (+£100).
I was thinking more of a spreadsheet or the like if that's how you record them. I couldn't go back through all the posts; that would be too time consuming for me. Never mind. It's doing OK so it will be interesting to see what tweaks you come up with
I haven't kept a spreadsheet this year, mainly because when i re-analyse i was going to start from scratch like last year ( all courses ) so there was no point jotting down the ones from the system then going back and doing all the other courses, might as well just do it all at once. What i'll do is when i re-analyse in a few months, i tab it course by course, and in date order etc, then i'll send you over that so i'll give you all the info and you can take a more in-depth look or have a look for any patterns, see what your great eyes come up with Ron ? !
