My Pessimism

I don't quite understand why people mistake my apparent pessimism for me wanting City to lose. Just because I say "I think we'll lose 1-0 at the weekend" does not mean I turn up hoping that we do, just because I will have my comments vindicated. I go to every game where possible and I'm no less a supporter for not lying to myself when I try and make an honest prediction!
