    We have 2 weeks off until the Stoke game, giving us some time to recover and get our key players back, until then all we can hope for is that nobody else gets injured in the mean time.

    Missed a quality finisher up top and a creative player in the midfield. Playing S.Taylor at RB was a terrible decision, I think Pardew won't fall for that again.
    The formation at the start was a bish bash bosh attempt to fill in the gaps as we had no decent RM available. I just want us to be safe, and then we can focus on signing our players on longer terms and improve the squad by getting better quality players in.

    Our latest two injuries have been Barton and Ireland. Barton was injured in the warm-up last Saturday and Ireland took a set-back in training. As has Ben Arfa, apparently. I wouldn't hold your breath on not getting any new injuries the way the last few have gone!

    Squad is lightweight.

    Taylor at RB didnt work

    Simpson better when he went back to RB.

    Shola not good with mask on.

    We look better with Barton and today we missed him.

    I'm not one to be negative usually but I thought we were absolutely RUBBISH yesterday. I'm not too disheartened about it as I suppose a poor performance was due, we're not a great team by any stretch and we're gonna have games like this from time to time. Best was canny but the rest of them - Tiote in particular :emoticon-0104-surpr - were not at the races. Some of Pardew's decisions baffled me somewhat but I suppose he knows best and he's done well so far so I'm not gonna give him too much stick.

    Thing is, Pardew changed his mind at the last moment. Ferguson was getting ready to come on. That was the right decision and his instict had told him that. Then he thought to get clever. Who does he think he is? Me!
