Of course its an opinion based on what I would have liked the club to do with Ellis Short's money. That's in essence what we're all doing as fans. I would have liked the club to spend money on a footballer who wanted to come to the club at the time that he wanted to come to the club. If they had done that we would have had a very good footballer and may not have been in a relegation fight. Although, of course, there is no way of knowing that. What I do know is, we won't get a player of M'Vila's quality for Rubin's suggested asking prices of 5 to 8.5 million. Its an opportunity missed. All of this "he's not up for the fight" is just Moyes and Short saving face because they know they've dropped a clanger.
