Apart from TCM (as notorious as that is with the younger crowds) What other channels regularly show **** in black and white? Excluding Holidays.

 

Are you honestly trying to say you have never watched a silent film ?

 

I can honestly say I've never been so bored that I watched a silent movie.

Plenty of black and white ****, but silent? No.

 

Harold Lloyd too, and the early Laurel and Hardy movies.

 

How do you know they are boring if you have bever seen one ?

 

Because I have no ****ing interest in watching something with no sound. Not even a colour film.

Well Dev & Er will probably confirm this but there used to be a lad played in the pit on a organ for dramatic effect at the silent movies

 

Did some decent gags but when it came to Ireland hadn't a breeze.
