I heard Gwilams interview and cringed. He was so timid and clueless that I reckon if the interview had been a college exercise it would have been a E- grade or 1 out of 10 for turning up!. How he has kept his job with the BBC cuts I just don't know

I know 'G' quite well, he loves playing the 'bad cop' or being the one to ruffle something up (when there's no feckin' issue in the first place). He thinks it makes for entertaining radio and some folks do like it. I prefer it when he makes his numerous technical cock ups - much funnier than anything he says. Without doubt, the interview was indeed cringeworthy...

BTW he began life as a Swansea City fan and used to carry the scarf around with him many moons ago (and pre Humberside days!)
