Yep Europa League from next season is worth it for the chance of Champions League. In Aus I follow an Aussie Rules team that won the Grand Final the other year and it was one of the greatest days of my life. Winning a cup is similar I believe.
I'm amazed Liverpool didn't give him the job. He's the one that single handedly started moving Swansea in the upward trajectory they're enjoying at the moment. Rodgers and subsequently Laudrup are enjoying success on the back of the framework set up by Martinez.
I would love Hull City AFC to win the FA Cup, as a name on a trophy can never be taken away. I'd also take a foray into Europe, just to say we'd played a competitive fixture in Europe. I wouldn't want it to distract our league campaign though.
Agreed also. But will you back to your old tricks when we play each other in the PL next year? I hope so was hilarious!
I'm glad he didn't go to Man Utd. For one, he adds competition to the league by improving Everton. And two, if he wasn't successful, we may have lost a promising manager.
Happy Tiger is spot on, why Utd would give the job to Moyes is beyond me. He kept Everton in the Premier League, sometimes only just. But nothing else. That didn't qualify him to be Manchester United manager. Stupid decision they will regret.
I'm predicting a classic stumble. Drop into the play off places and get beaten by Forest in the final.
****. Just realised. Typed the word '****' into google images. Had to turn 'safe search' on to get one slightly more 'work safe'. Edited.
I'd rather see Leicester come up than QPR, fancy another couple of games vs Big Nige.. I'd like to see how he'd do in the PL..
