Moyes can't be so stupid as not to know what's required at united. It must have been clear to him that a pretty major re-build is required.

Are you telling me that the purchase of Marouane Fellaini isn't the first step in the rebuilding process??

Oh, and the Belgian/Kossovan/Albanian/English **** Adnan Januzaj

    moyes is a genius.

he'll replace the racist mouthy left back with leyton baines.... just in time for baines to go over the hill. then he'll bring back phil neville in midfield and to round it all off he will make a late bid for peter crouch in january.

Utd's problem is they haven't got the long ball to felliani working right yet. too many old fellas that can't kick it that far and forwards to want something called a pass apparently.

I don't think he did know how **** their squad really was and I don't think their fans did either. Love him or hate him bacon face got way more out of this squad then he should have and really made average players look good. They won the league last season with these players and will be lucky top make Europa league this season the way they are going.

Agreed, but Moyes would know about the 'fergie factor'. He's no mug. Well I didn't think he was <laugh>

If they don't make top 4 I think he will go.

  18. If they don't make top four and they don't get rid of him, the Glazer's will have a new found respect from me. and I don't mean a piss take one! It is all too often a manager doesn't get the time they deserve nowadays, who is to say Moyes won't turn things around? It didn't look rosey for Fergie when he first started and it took him six years! Rodgers and AVB were the same last year too, even Lambert at Villa <ok>

Yeah he might turn out to be the best thing since sliced bread who knows?

There is no evidence in his career to this point that suggests this is the case. Not exactly a young manager either.

I hope he stays for the 6 years to be fair! But win nothing naturally.

  20. True but there wasn't anything to suggest Rodgers would be good either (ask MFG <whistle>). however, our Brendan is a fair bit younger than Moyes too.

Obviously, I'd prefer them to stick with him and he achieves **** all. Only problem with that is it would put Fergie on a even higher pedestal <doh>
