I agree Moyes hasn't been fair to Kenwright or Everton, but with 6 weeks to go Bill has to have been considering other alternatives, even informally, just incase Moyes jumped this time around. He's been linked with 'bigger' jobs for a few years, inlcuding United, so he was always going to leave at some point. 6 weeks to go...and he's just hoping he stays last minute? That's terrible ownership.

Yep, exactly right & that sums up Kenwright - he's a rank amateur.

Shame it's not his arse that the door's slamming as it shuts.

You lads moan about FSG - who've provided £40M net to fund Rodgers so far & £100M+ to Dalglish before him & we've got that fat beaut, who hasn't invested a bean of his own cash in the business in over a decade. The mans is a phoney & a charlatan. It's about time Evertonians got this message across to the rest of the football World, as when you've got the likes of MITO here saying we'd be relegated without him, it's obvious that there's a huge misconception about the man outside of the Everton fanbase.

To be fair though I think Kenwright held their relationship In such high regard he (In hindsight)foolishly thought he wouldn't Jump ship as he did not see AF retiring coming and ole special one's supposed return to Chavski would have meant no big Jobs In the Prem anyhow that would have meant him staying...

    told you roy keane.

Everton need to realise that the devil you know..... if LFC can say anything is that was bad as moores was (now amateur is more apt here) kenwright at least tries to keep it going. just look at the everton spending figures. moyes might be wokring miracles (or not) but he's got a decent list of signings there. Beter to balance the books than pull a ken bates or peter risdale move!

I'm glad moyes will pick evertons next manager, this is all very mature and co-operative etc.... Its nice to see everton acting like the manc feeder club that they are.

For shame really, for shame. in baseball terms you feed players and staff to utd and they feed you ****e offcasts <ok>

I hope peoepl can see that in one part i'm being serious and in the other acting the mick.

Everton are amongst the biggest clubs in England. Surely the fans deserve a little more than balancing the books and hoping to qualify for the europa league if the small squad avoids injuries.

As for Laudrup expectation is a bitch, he really has to show what he's about next season, that's when I'll rate him in his PL tenure. He had no weight on his shoulders this season but he will next year. Lets wait and see.

    My prediction.

Wenger will leave Arsenal at the end of next season.

Laudrup will take over at Arsenal.
