Sissokho is a beast. How does a guy that's 6ft 2 have so much pace? :D

If Sissoko is announced, I'll bet Remy will be kicking himself... spesh if QPR go down. His release clause will be triggered and he'll be on the phone to Alain Pardeux begging to be signed.

Nothing would please me more than to see QPR relegated and Remy squirm for another club.

Well..... actually there's a lot of things that would please me more, but I would be quite happy.

SSN reporting he has left them....... TFC that is...... But not a done deal yet........ It appears he is on his way to NUFC, but not confirmed as a done deal...... Fingers crossed this happens soon to crown off a brilliant window. Is a striker too much to hope for ?????

Anyone think that there's substance in the Van Wolfswinkel story?? If so....we pull that and Sissoko off it's an amazing bit of business (though already i'm speechless!)

Lets just recap, whilst we are getting all excited I turn on sky sports news
To be reminded in the yellow banner at the bottom of the screen the full back has signed a 5.5 year deal
    It's all random

If it's true Sissoko has given up a loyalty bonus to join us it shows we will have another very committed individual. If Tiote finds his top form again we will have some real talented beasts playing for us and a lot of teams are going to suffer. Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly.
On a different note, I have been a big anti Ashley this season but I take my hat of to him now. He has splashed the cash, and I think wisely, so Pardew can have no more excuses for the tripe he has dished up this season. Hopefully "hoofball" will now disappear.

That's the kind of player we want. Pull this one off and we have the potential to play some exciting attacking football with the chance of destroying a lot of teams. That is potential though. Obviously they will need gel but with players like Cabaye, Tiote (when he's back), Ben Arfa and Debuchy around I really cannot see that being a problem.

Unfortunately, re-hoofball, I doubt it changes much. If Sissoko joins then hoofball might actually work a lot better because our midfield won't be full of midgets who are trying to win headers. I still think with the players we have (and if Sissoko comes) there's more than enough talent to be more entertaining. However, 1 Dimensional PardewLand will see relegation as certain unless we implement hoofball, and he'll assure us it's a temporary measure because we have to fight to get out of the bottom, and he'll be willfully neglectful of the fact it was this disaster of a tactic that caused the problem in the first place!

NUFC making no comment ref Sissoko, softly, softly ? But TFC still saying he has gone to join Newcastle. Maybe tomorrow.

Got to say if this comes off it more than makes up for Remy.

What I meant about hoofball was we shouldn't be launching it like Willo from our half bye passing our midfield. We will however have a chance of breaking our set play record of corners / set pieces.

BBC and his agent now saying it's a done deal. Quite an extraordinary turnaround from the frankly disgusting Reading performance.

If they get a decent striker I'll be staggered, speechless.

So in the french first team we have:

Mbiwa, Cabaye, Ben Arfa, Debuchy and - perhaps - Sissoko. These aren't just 'french players' they are half the French national team. Not too shoddy. Not got many expectations of Gouffran though, nor Remy, but if we can sure up our backline and midfield then I think Cisse will come good. A good striker (Graham perhaps!!) who can just chip in with a handful of goals wouldn't go amiss.

Superb, one all we need is Wolfswinkel and S. De Jong and I might be reasonably indifferent about this transfer window :D
