The thing that's impressed me most about Liverpool's recent run is that Rodgers hasn't been afraid to ask his best player to do a job for the good of the team.
He's not getting immense solo performances from Suarez, but he's bringing the best out of the players available to him, rather than focusing on his star.

Never underestimate the lure of Real Madrid. I'm not positive that they will come for him, but if they do, I suspect he will go. Trust me, if Real want another €100mil found ( or whatever) it will be found.
