In fairness they didn't do a spurs...we came 6th the season after spending £100m...a drop of 1 place
They came 7th after spending £200 ...a drop of 5 places <laugh>

To be fair, they definitely finished 6th but yeah, they did a "Spurs" and then some :D

They'll be praying they do a Spurs next year and sort themselves out.

They could now be tied into a cycle that starts with finishing below Spurs in the PL.
In which case they are in for one helluva ride in the 2018-19 season.
 
Hi, guys! Just back from the cock clinic. The stitches seem to be holding quite well, but the consultant says I have to avoid any serious laughter for a few days. It could be difficult.

It's at times like this that I wish I wasn't banned from the 'Pool board, I could go over there and give those Mousers some much needed HIAG love.

Wow that was quick! I can only assume that they had your usual bed ready and made for your arrival after the final whistle. Or do you just watch Liverpool games in the clinic waiting room now to save time?
