im fine mate, wouldnt be here if i wasnt would i lol btw whens it your year? or has long term mediocrity dampened any hope at all every season, is that why finishing above the goons is your clubs no1 ambition each year?
"is that why finishing above the goons is your clubs no1 ambition each year?" No, because they have been the most fragile of the Sky 4 since Citeh became a Sugga Daddy FC (although the Chelsky meltdown may change that this season) .
Don't get all sulky. You lost to one of the relegation favourites, it's quite normal for you. If you put out a midfield of Lucas, Allen and Milner that will tend to happen. We've got a lad called Andros Townsend. He's looking for a nice mid-table side so that he can get regular football. You wouldn't have to pay him £140,000 a week like Milner either. He'd be good for you. We'll chuck in Fazio as well for only the £20m you paid for Loveren. You've made plenty of worse deals - Benteke for £32m comes instantly to mind!! Mousers - the gift that keeps on giving.
Despite what you think, most of us know where we're at. Are we going to win the league? No. Do we think we can get top four this year? Yes, we have a very good chance, especially with the Chavs having a mare. Are we hopeful for the future? After quite some time, yes I think most of us are. We can see genuine progress under Pochettino. He's invested his time in developing young players and it's paying off. We're a long way from the finished article, and we know we don't have the financial resources to compete with the moneybags clubs, but we're getting there. A real team will always overcome a bunch of poorly managed, overpaid mercenaries, like City.
Actually you said the 20th of December first, then claimed it would be earlier...I have no idea about time zone differences between London and Liverpool but surely you have 31 days in the December up north! I know that the witch Thatcher cut loads in Liverpool but didn't realise it included days in the month
Did you actually read what I wrote? Yes Moreno was onside but there was another player ( can't remember who ) who was offside when the ball was crossed and he was in an active position. The goal couldn't stand because the whistle had already gone before Moreno touched the ball so it was never a goal. Moreno's defender heard the whistle and therefore didn't defend.
Nope, ya wrong, benteke was onside as was moreno, doesn't change the result but proves you talk ****e most of the time
beneteke AND moreno were BOTH onside - have you seen the incident in question or did you watch in HD (haig-definition)?
Looks like Benteke is definitely off. Moreno no. But the flag goes up immediately stopping play. Whichever way you see it, **** happens. Deal with it.
In all honesty , that is not offside. Benteke is in an offside position, but not interfering. If Moreno meant it (which I very much doubt) it was a fine finish. And no, there was nothing the defender was going to do about it. Edit Origi
I don't think it has anything to do with interfering when it comes to a cross though SD. Certainly with regards to free kicks and corners you hear the term 'active' being thrown around the whole time, which I think means 'able and likely to receive the ball from said delivery' - which Benteke is in that clip. I think 'interfering' comes into play more with balls to feet and scrambles on the ground or....you know what I haven't got a clue anymore this is what happens when you take what was already the most confusing and difficult to enforce rule in football and tweak it every year! Either way, lovely first time finish over the keeper there. Such a shame it was discounted
Very interesting. Benteke was at this stage of the game on the bench having already been taken off. It's Origi. Call yourself a fan and you don't recognize your players?
"Very interesting. Benteke was at this stage of the game on the bench having already been taken off. It's Origi." The Mouser means Benteke was "onside" by virtue of being on the right side of the pitch lines at that moment (ie not on the pitch at all) . Which means there are a lot of Poool players who really need to be "onside" more often during PL games.
This is why Technology is spoiling good arguments. We could have gone back and forward with both onside, both offside, one on one off. Was it Origi, was it Benteke for hours. Now one gif and all is clear.
It is what it is - a disallowed Liverpool goal on repeat. Here is a gif of a cat please log in to view this image
