Pav was so one-paced he was rarely in the area to win a penalty, whilst Bale gets fouled and called a diver - neither of which sound like Owen or Gerrard, who were playing for Liverpool years before Bale and Pav even signed. ...and in case anyone brings up Ginola, as if that excuses divers in their own teams (Man Utd fans certainly do this, just saying...) we won one penalty a season when he was with us, so that would mean he wasn't much of a diver at all.

To be fair, BBF, that joke did make me smile. As for 'Pool, it's going to be interesting to see how they respond after the tonking they took against Stoke. It won't be an easy game, since Harry is now at a point where his team cannot afford to lose any more games. I only hope that Goofy and the game keep things moderately clean. The odd unassisted tumble is always on the cards, of course, but let's all hope that the antics don't descend into farce again.
