I wonder if he has saved up enough money to take an early pension?
Mark Hughes would probably kill me laughing. It would be worth it!

That's what I was going to say.As Woody would say "**** yeah"......![]()
Zidane has nothing to prove. One of the greatest players ever and won the Champions League three times on the spin as a manager. I read that he had to have his arm twisted to take on the Real Madrid manager job in the first place. After he resigned from that job he said he would think about coaching again, but not head coach/manager. Of course things change and ego needs feeding, but he has always struck me as a kind of quiet, shy bloke off the pitch, I would be genuinely surprised if he coaches anywhere else apart from the French National team, possibly Juve, Cannes or Marseilles.True. He does not need to do it, but he may want to do it, to prove he is not a "one club wonder".

Fun facts: in 1995 Kenny Dalglish was interested in signing Zidane for Blackburn, but club owner Jack Walker said ‘why do you want Zidane when we have Tim Sherwood?’. The next season he was offered to Newcastle for £1.2m, but they rejected him saying he wasn’t good enough for the PL.
Roy Keane was available...just saying
He would have tackled them knee high at the first oppurtunity.
