Enjoyed it tonight far more than I did v Bristol City. I thought we showed promise and determination after a dreadful start and were the better team for a good two thirds of the game. But we do lack height and are a bit lightweight on the physical side and tonight it showed. Good to see Seri back in the fold and Coyle looked good when he came on too.
But we are still a long way off.

Thought Macca was good last night. Loved to see him balling out Jarvis who was responsible for so many break downs in the latter stages. He got forward well as part of the new system and looked better and more assured with the ball at his feet. Giles just edged it for me with his graft. Simons could easily be as good for us as Tyler Morton, little glimpses again when he came on last night but not on long enough to be in Man of the Match contention.
