Evening Tunns. Was a youngster in '77, was agreat tonic to the year before which was the first FA cup final I actually watched. Was great beating Liverpool, I had no idea at the time how much I would grow to despise the very mention of that name the older I got. At the time it was simply making up for losing to Southampton the year before. Simpler times!

Been on differant sites with my mate, he's a local but a good lad, likes watching United too but a CCFC, a real one not one of those monkeys, anway he's into the old perry/soulboy/indie thing, and I've just got a rare pair of addidas all red suede "London" (similar to samba/gazelle 11) for £35 and he's gutted, so we're trawling through the net trying to finf some thinf rare for him. the girls are laughing at us saying were a pair of kids. Funny enough the charity shield later that year (77) is when it all the above kicked of for me ...like you say simpler times, more fun though... god I miss them
Many of the above, but one crucial one that's not been mentioned is Cantona vs Newcastle at St James' Park in 1996. Crucial in us overhauling them in the title race, and a well-worked goal all round.
