Non of us know the circumstances with Moses. Maybe the Physio's and Nigel being one himself have advised Ehab that ITO his chances of breaking down again are reasonably high.

If the above is somewhere near what happened, then the club offered him a pay as you play contract, or something similar, which he feels is not acceptable, and that he has irons in the fire that will give him a good contract elsewhere.

Under these circumstances I can understand why you would chose to leave. If he should stay and he breaks down he is stuffed financially as he wouldn't get paid, whereas if he does have a chance of a normal contract then he would be foolish not to grab it.

Snodgrass recovered from a similar problem, and was out of 18 months, but came back to play, so there is a chance he maybe OK, so it is a gamble both for the club and the player.​

Also it's not about the employer it's about the employee. Doing wats right as a person. You can work for a **** firm but still take pride in your work and do what's right.

Don't get me wrong, pay is obviously important, but I love what I do, I love cars and I enjoy talking to people, and I always treat customers exactly the way I'd like to be treated, after all you'd never rip yourself off would you? The individual makes a huge difference.

You said it yourself the employer and people matter. Noone wonder Moses left then.... He is working for the equivalent of a dodgy car dealership.

For all we know pay not be important to Moses and he might take an offer somewhere else with better people?

Never mind signing a new contract, I'd have actively been looking for reasons to tear up my existing one, whether I was out injured for 2 years or not.

Wasn't his mum someone who worked to help people with health issues both in London and Nigeria?

She died when Moses was a young kid, but he chose not to sponge off the state?

Would question whose moral compass need re-setting.
