Seems that all the good spirit between Norwich and Liverpool fans before the game has been well and truly lost <laugh>

So some Liverpool fans celebrated their team scoring in your end, wearing their teams kits. Okay I'd be angry too. But c'mon lads, aint really worth all this **** and calling each other racism supporters <doh>

Despite what people think of Suarez, he was superb today and scored a hatrick of the highest quality. And he didn't dive once, if anything he stayed on his feet when he could of gone down.

I don't like that I started a light hearted thread resulting in a liverpool fan, of which most seem quite good fun, sends abuse. Dave and Maestro please not this abuse.

Also, I bet Liverpool fans wouldn't be too happy with opposition fans in their area of the ground. They're separated for a reason.

wonky, many visiting fans somehow find ways of obtaining tickets in The Kop. It seems to be a badge of pride for them. As far as I know, all of them are still hale and hearty.

As for Davidako's post. I can understand his anger when you allow posters like Beefforhire-NCFC and tipsycanary to make the type of comments that they did. If they can dish it out then they must be prepared to take it back.

It's a pity that the night appears to have ended this way.

See you next season

Couldn't agree more lads. At our place (Swansea) the club has a policy that any opposition fans caught in the home end are ejected immediately and our fans are openly encouraged to report them to a steward.
Only once it's happened this season and this clown supporting Man Utd (probably from Wales) got spotted and kicked out in no time at all. Any Liverpool fans coming to our place thinking they will get in our end will be in for a rude awakening. Perhaps your club could follow suit too.
By the way, take no notice what anyone says about you, I've always found the Norwich fans to be s good bunch, good luck for what's left of the season see you next year.

I laughed when that conference quality defender was holding around his waist and Suarez went down the commentator claimed that he had been fouled but it wasn't a foul because he exaggerated contact. I've never heard of that rule myself.

And the Norwich fans starting to boo Suarez because one of their defenders was holding on to him while he was trying to join in the counter attack.

Totally agree with you. Everytime Suarez is fouled he is always accused of "Going down easy", even when the defender has rugby tackled him to the floor <doh>. I'm not saying that he doesn't exaggerate contact, but certainly not as much as people want to make out. It's a shame when he does go down easy though, he has to much quality to have to win free kicks. It's something that is creeping out of his game though <ok>.

And? Your not from Liverpool anyway you sad bin dipping ****!

With apologies to canary fans;

Northamptonncfc is ****ing stupid idiots like you that cause trouble. ANYBODY who has to stoop so low as to chant about situations in which people died is just a very sick puppy and beneath contempt. Before you start, that statement applies as much to Inited, Bradford, Rangers, etc. as it does to LFC.

Did Norwich fans sing about Hillsborough yesterday?

I've always wondered why Liverpool fans always bring up Hillsborough and remember it on a yearly basis (perfectly understandable) yet the Heysel disaster seems to get pushed under the carpet. It never, ever gets mentioned, even after well over 500 people got injured and over 30 Juventus fans died.

On the issue of away fans in the home area, there were two Wolves fans sitting near me for the Wolves game, both had scarves and badges on but kept quiet when Wolves scored and were quite well behaved.

Yesterday there was a Liverpool fan sat two rows behind me. He was fine for fives minutes but then started abusing the Norwich players, celebrated when Liverpool scored and after some choice words to City fans never re-appeared for the second half.

The point is there generally isn't any issue with away fans in the home area if they behave and don't act like the dick yesterday.

No one mentioned Hillsborough yesterday though? Seriously get over yourself you condescending plastic scouse prick.

That's just not true. Not only have we (as fans) made a very public apology to Juventus fans, we do have an on- going relationship with their fan club. Whilst we do not have a remembrance day, we do send both representatives and a wreath to their memorial service. If you re-read what I said, you will find that that I condemned anybody who stopped so low as to sing/chant about ANY occassion in which people died and/or were injured - that includes Juventus!

Bollocks you don't give a **** about Heysel.

You are not only beneath contempt you are also a fool. You do not know me, you do not know where I was born. You do not know where I live or how many matches I attend. So stick your plastic up your arse.

Listen we don't want to know your life story you're boring and I'm really glad I don't have the displeasure of knowing you, I do however feel sorry for the unfortunate people who have to put up with you on a daily basis.

What comment was made that was so offensive? Davidako's post was somewhat pointless and inflammatory. All I said is posting like that gives Liverpool fans a bad name

Well said mate. While nobody should forget, but we should all move on and live in the now. Lets remember Munich, Heysel, Hillsborough but not live in them. Any Norwich fan who sings about Hillsborough is way out of order as is any Liverpool fan who sings about Munich. I remember the Sunderland semi at Hillsborough, the first their since the tragedy and Norwich fans were very sincere and respectful with a loud and long chorus of You'll Never Walk Alone.
My mate is a Scouser and a great bloke. Some Scousers are scallies. Fact of life I'm afraid. If some of our guys objected to what took place, then thats fair enough. You shouldn't taunt a tiger is his own jungle. But we musn't assume that represents for them all.
Lets not mar what was a poor performance by us but a world class one from Suarez.

lol only song that was sung was "Always the victim, it's never your fault"

That doesn't refer specifically to hillsborough, that refers to the psyche of every situation Liverpool have ever gotten into.

This, Scousers bring up Hillsborough for pointless point scoring, most of them dont have any connection with it but because their club brings it up the whole time get incredibly outraged every time anyone else mentions it.

See Alan Davies, whose comments quite a few agreed with, but then he got death threats from scousers <doh>

do Man U/Rangers/Bradford etc all have a memorial service every year and never play on the date, also, many clubs talk about Munich, City fans even refer to United fans as 'Munichs' and sing it in many of their songs, but no outrage...

Again, this thread was lighthearted and somehow it's gone off topic and turned into a slagging match which I'm disappointed about.

All I was saying was if you're an opposition fan in the home stand don't wear opposition gear and don't cheer when your team scores as it is stupid and will get you kicked out.

I was just having a vent at stupid people. The canary call people and the guy swearing at the people behind the kiosks are even more stupid.
