Watford are playing by the rules and the trees tried it too with their new owners, but the shyte they brought over will struggle in this league.

The only rule that needs changing - for fairness, is that owners of football clubs in one country cannot own a club in anywhere else. This country is the only place where foreign ownership is allowed and why so many clubs have problems. Watford are now a real 'feeder club' and reserve club for an Italian outfit. Not great is it ...

Love my pancakes with treacle, delicious
As for Pearson he would not deal with Bates and everybody else with half a brain wouldn,t touch him with a barge pole I believe that we will see new owners in the not too distant future.
I have always had my doubts about the nobody would leave Bates in any capacity to do with the club. its like giving Hilter the job in charge of the german gas board

we got any solicitors or any people who deal with small claims on here?

could do with a bit of advice.

It involves someone running into my car and agreeing to pay cash for fixing but now is refusing

Book an appointment with the CAB, its completely free & they've helped me out plenty of times!

What I would do in the meantime is go to the police with the registration details, and his personal details. I'm almost certain it's against the law to accept cash in hand in case of an accident with an uninsured driver, explain you researched this & didnt want to breach your policy or break the law. Have you got Legal protection on your policy? If so, then your broker/company should be able to advise.

Usually a slap will suffice <ok>
If no success after said slap, wait 2 days and return with 2 slaps etc etc. <ok>

Exactly the same happened to me but it was about 10 years ago so things might have changed, you can do it online (start a small claims proceeding) small being under £5k

http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/engla..._e/law_taking_legal_action_e/small_claims.htm

Download the forms or pick one up from your local court:

Just have a 'quiet' word with him. Tell him you'll plunge his tyres first, then plunge him if that doesn't do the trick.

If he's not got insurance, he probably doesn't have any money, so he'll get a CCJ against him & you'll get bugger all.

My serious personal view is that you have to let your insurance company know what's happening, and leave the legal stuff to them. They'll get their pound of flesh. you've given the guy a chance & he didn't take it. Let the big guns sort it out.

Absolute scum of the earth. Anyone that attacks paramedics are up there with those hard nuts who fight dogs. Proper low lifes. Kissa, seek legal advise you dont really want to be dealing with people like that for 'cash' I know thats a bit of a generalisation from my point of view but people like that usually get away with murder because they know the system. Or she will cry her heart out to her scag head mates because she cant afford a fix as she has to pay for your car, then all of a sudden your on there radar. If you don’t sort it though, go down TCs route, I will bring the clavas! :bandit:

The damage is only £140 quid so I will foot the bill rather than go through insurance because even though its a non fault claim they still raise ur premium.

I would agree with that. When you get your quote though ask for a price for cash, as they quite often bump the quote up knowing that the insurance company will foot the bill <ok>

I would literally take the clothes off her old mans back every day I saw him until the debt was repaid. Trainers the lot. Not the crackers though, he can keep them.
