Welcome to the new dudes! I was banned from JA606 ages ago, and wandered around in a footy forum wilderness before finding my way here. It's so much better here (on the Spurs forum - forget the other forums, as they are practically dead, or so partisan that you'll be banned within the week for daring to take the piss out of their fans). My banning from JA606 was sudden and without any explanation. I think it must have been for some comments I made in a thread on the Mickey Mousers' board, over there. I think I was explaining to them why buying Carroll was a complete waste of money. They took umbrage and had me banned from the entire site! The ironic thing is, that most Mousers over there probably agree with me, now I went back as a guest a couple of times, a while back, but the place was like a kindergarten, with all the little kids swearing at each other because it made them feel grown up. I had absolutely no compulsion to ever return there, again.

I rather get the impression that JA606 is run by imbecilic juveniles for imbecilic juveniles, and they grow extremely suspicious of you if you make a well-argued post, because it gives away the fact that you are (a) an adult, and (b) not an imbecile. That seems to be the most frightening thing for them - to run up against an adult who can wipe the floor with them by using little more than proper words and basic logic. To them, we're like sunshine to vampires.
don't worry, i've been banned several times on ja. minor stuff really. i think i set up a thread on the spuds or arse board and deleted those that strayed off topic. then i filtered them for continuing the off topic/abuse. not a problem so i thought. no, i had to let them have a right to reply because it was their board. ****ing ****ers.
I think being banned from JA606 is something of a rite of passage for us on Not606. You cannot count yourself a true veteran until you have been banned.
