I hope not, he's not effective out wide. From what I'm hearing of Morison he'd be best being played up front with Diouf in the centre
Warnock seems quite happy to play with 4 centre mids, but to be fair Green has looked good out there covering for Byram & letting him run at the opposition. With Steven Warnock coming in lets hope White isnt put back out there.
Green is excellent on the right, but you'd think at least one half decent winger would be a must in any squad!
I was trying to work out Warnocks plan this morning, Morrison and Habibou possibly when we already have McCormack, Diouf and Somma - Cant imagine how he is going to play them all or at least keep three happy.
So we have signed Warnock on a free transfer and swap plus some cash for Morrison - GFH haven't actually dipped their hands into their pockets yet then?
Warnock is on big money.£40,000 a week at Villa.while he won't get that at Leeds must be a fair bit or would have gone west ham.£1mil spent on wages is still £1mill spent.
I would bet anyone now he won't be on more than £12k maximum - Villa will supplement his contract I would imagine

Well.... So far I can't say I am excited, White had his best match for us against Spurs and we sign Warnock so what happens with Drury when fit and White? Warnock said way before Becchio handed in a transfer request that another striker is priority - Couldn't work it out why when we are weak out wide. So now Warnock says we inquired about Morrison BEFORE Becchio handed in his transfer request so I take it Warnock still feels we are a striker short?
