But Dyer would be more expensive as he is a first choice at a auto promotion chasing team. I think he isn't as good as Burke and Burke is younger
Dyer's handy, but his end product looks a little wayward and Burke's got a few years on him, and we'd probably get him for cheaper

Townsend, if he concentrates on footy & keeping his gob shut, is the type of player we want. He plays wide & has pace. He's also good on the ball. Trouble is, he was less than complementary about his time at Leeds on loan. I forget though. Was his problem with Leeds the footy team, Leeds the area, or being selected to play in his favourite position? If we did get him, either on loan or on a perma deal, he may have to eat a very large slice of humble pie.
