Kissa, be very careful when buying in Spain, I don't know if the laws have changed but you need to be very careful that you own both the property and the land that adjoins it. Also when you come to sell in Spain, its difficult to get the money out of the Country, Espona would know the Spanish laws regarding property better then me <ok>
 
Im amazed at the exchange rate pound to euro, the pound should be much better when you look at the Europe situation...

I know mate dodgy as anything, you buy the debt of the land aswell or something!

My dads the one buying it not me I couldnt afford a pissing caravan lol

He has lots of property in Spain so hell know the laws (and how to bend them)
