I know that’s a huge assumption on my behalf but the bloke is obviously an untrustworthy manipulative lowest of the low scum bag, who i am ashamed to have affiliated with our club. He probably stopped going when the girl he was seeing was old enough to fight him off & it was around the same time as he discount tickets stopped. He makes my blood boil
I'd say Tonge's probably too old at this stage to sign permanently, and when we're in the PL next season () he might find himself surplus to requirements. I'd definitely sign him up for the rest of the season though.
But it's not like he's going to start improving. I think we should be looking at younger, better options for the long term.
I think theres room for improvement in his game. New system new league and he hasnt been playing. Play him down the middle if and when he gets a game as theres going to be some serious competition for the two middle spots and I think he will get better. Greens not looking bad on the right either but I would like to see a natural winger in that slot
I agree he's worth it for this season, but I don't see the advantage of putting him on a contract we might not want him for the length of. Extend the loan to the end of the season and see what happens is what I say.
