i suggest you read Dioufs comment http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/leedsunited/fb_news.php?storyid=18679 and as for the coin throwing Sour Grapes Boggers
I thought our defence was solid yesterday and Peltier stood out as our best CB IMO Mighty I know Diouf has denied it hence why I apologised lol doesnt take away the istanbul song sung at least 3 times I expected to get beat by 2 goals yesterday so im happy it was only 1 haha
Knobby The chanting is disgusting but its not just Millwall doing it TBH your lot were making a big meal over Smith cos he is a Spurs player and are hurling Jewish abuse at him on twitter (cant say it happened at the match or not because i wasnt there) what i do know is we were about to have more **** from the press because someone started rumours on twitter we were racialy abusing Diouf which he has denied, which was apparently started by a Leeds fan who posts on NOT606 dont suppose you have any idea who that was do you
I saw the abuse Adam Smith got it was pathetic but he did bring it on himself with the initial tweet. I have no idea what you are talking about I don't use twitter or Not606
MILLWALL are "considering potential courses of action" after The Daily Mail reported that Leeds United's El-Hadji Diouf had been racially abused at The Den. The newspaper's website claimed that the Lions' 1-0 win on Sunday had been "marred by monkey chants from sections of home crowd" - but the winger heard nothing untoward from the terraces. Chief executive Andy Ambler confirmed: "This kind of journalism is extremely frustrating. We are considering what action we can take." Millwall have received an apology from the Daily Mail after the article was removed, but added in a satement: "This article was based solely on Twitter posts by a Not606 user. "El-Hadji Diouf has spoken to representatives of Millwall and confirmed that he did not receive any racial abuse and had no complaint to make. "The club has spoken to the MailOnline in the strongest possible terms requesting that the article be removed, which it now has been. "Millwall are considering potential further courses of action following this damaging accusation."
I have no idea what you are talking about I don't use twitter or Not606 if you find himm let me know id like to give him a slap
i suggest you read Dioufs comment http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/footbal...?storyid=18679 and as for the coin throwing Sour Grapes Boggers Not exactly Mighty. It was reported by Sky Sports at the time as an indcident occurring during the game, which is why the referee went over to your bench to have a word with KJ. No one dies from alleged monkey chants, which appear now not to have happened (good news). But serious injuries occur when children start throwing coins around. It would be nice to learn that Sky got that wrong & it didn't happen. Heyho, the marginally better side won, albeit at home against 10 men. We await your trip to our place with interest. Let's hope the T/O is done by then & Warnock has been able to attract some better players. You lot may not have been that clever yesterday, but we weren't that good either.
Disappointed with how the game went because I thought we started well. It's time to start playing more positively, Hall and White on the wings running at full backs and causing problems, hopefully actually creating some chances. A mate commented that Diouf's rolling around is the most entertaining thing about our performances at the moment, and I couldn't deny it. Things need to turn around quickly. Didn't think Varney should have been sent off, and the ref didn't even give himself five seconds to think, but he was still a ****ing idiot for having his arm up, at least he'll be out for three games now. Let's hope the takeover happens before January or we could be in trouble.
I rate Peltier more as centre back than right back. Dont get me wrong, he's good, but not £850,000 good...
White? Causing problems? Only for us, surely? winger he is not. I'm going to start a thread on this as the subject screams out for it.
"The Lions have struck 10 times in the final 15 minutes of matches this season, more than any other Championship team." (opta stats) If i had known that at the time i would have put an in-play bet on Millwall as think they got up to around 13/5 before the goal.
1st half shot stats were Millwall 10 Leeds 2 In the second half it was Millwall 7 Leeds 2 Varney getting sent off helped you
Boggers I think you will find that the Leeds fans (all in the upper tier) were throwing objects down on the Millwall fans in the lower tier to their left - plastic bottles, coins etc now unless the fans in question are as accurate with their missiles as Phil (the power) Taylor whose to say that many of objects landing near the lino weren't coming from the not-so super whites fans. If you weren't there dont make accusations aka YWBK.
Grumpy, point taken, but Sky made the point that the linesman was being pelted by people nearby, which lays the blame firmly at 'Wall fans. I would also think that it would be almost impossible Leeds fans to hit either the linesman or any Wall fans other than those sitting very near by in the main stands. A fifty p piece of £1 will only travel so far. That said, if our fans were also guilty of throwing coins etc, shame on them.
Boggers - Sky were wrong mate - the missiles were definitely coming from the the top tier of the North Stand
He's inconsistent but he's still improving and puts in a cracking performance every now and then. Certainly better than Varney.
