....or afternoon, evening, wherever you are!
Well here I am back home in sunny ( supposed to be), Thailand. Had the prostate out, and after a few difficult days with a catheter (like being attached to an umbilical), have nearly managed to control my bladder (my biggest fear was pissing indiscriminately everywhere). Everything OK, except for the nookie............, can't get a hard on yet, Docs say it could take up to a year, but will have to manage with some mechanical help. Need some further blood tests, in the next few months, to check if it's (cancer) has all gone. We are not on the bottom, just before Christmas, surely a blessing. Generally everything feeling fine......................until.........................................
.....I log on and find everything in turmoil!
Bri has gone because of some technical problem, that he didn't think people were taking seriously, Pop was trying to get it fixed, but ( like me) has the technical wizardry of a dinosaur, no one else could find the cause so off he goes.
David Moyes could be on his way because of lack of funds, the club might have to sell before we can buy, Pickford and Kone seem to be our only saleable assets.
The injury list seems to get longer and longer........
Bah humbug! Comm is the only one spreading a bit festive feelings, ok it's about booze, but never the less, it's festive.
Still feel more positive about SAFC than I did a few months ago (there were some dark days), so looking at a brighter future. Write yourselves a New Years resolution, no more infighting, get behind the team, and look after each other.
Have a great Christmas wherever you are, and I hope that 2017 is a fantastic year and you each get what you wish for. Happy New Year!
