Depends if RK can get DL and DO on board and playing for the team again. I personally think we can get Ings playing the same role as JR with his speed and direct running from the wing.
Never say never I'm a optimist. I think that while RK was a damn well regarded CB in his say he will use that to try and persuade Dejan to stay. I still want him here despite the nonsense in the media.
Well he has had a Very good season with Burnley scoring goals for fun and like I said, can play in Jays position .. so be a good rotation player.
I don't think he'll stay. That Guardian piece is pretty much what we did with Luke and Adam, haggled through the media, with the message 'we're ready to sell, but you'll have to up your offer a bit.'
There are number of things the board and the manager can do to prevent players from leaving, they just don't seem very intent to do it.
He will be gone, why would he stay? Because of all our signings? It fits with Harry Reed signing new deal if u ask me. Trying not to be negative but with 5 gone/going and with Jay rumoured to go to spurs I would be surprised if he stayed.
