As long as I don't have to hold my breath every time there's a set piece in our end , I'm good !! . Sometimes listening to games with set pieces happening , I'd just leave the room & sneak back in after a minute & see if anything happened Lol !!
 
The Polish kid that we knew nothing about looked much stronger technically. This guy blocks / palms and gives off rebounds. The Polish keeper got his body behind the ball or absorbed the shot from his hands into his body. He had box presence, was good on crosses, and was also very strong on one-v-one. I don't think you're going to get much joy out of this one SB.

The polish guy was not heard of and only speculation according to BR. This Portuguese GK looks quality in my eyes and has good presence for his size!
 
Looks a good shot stopper, but from the 4 minute clip we saw from his 12 year carear, he seemed more inclined to punch.
 
he has a pedigree and someone you can rely on, if he has stayed a benfica for 12 years while not actually first choice but coming in when needed then thats a type of player i want to see at the club,he is at the right age at 29 and i have a feeling once he has settled in that he will be better than dorus. as the club wont say how much we have paid for him you can bet he dont come cheap and the club dont want to let other clubs know, good bit of buisiness by buck now he needs to get another 3 or 4 experienced top flight players like he has said we need in the EP last night. he is on the same wave length as me and thats good to see.......
 
Why do some feel the need to criticise without even seeing somone play. Give this guy a chance. Dont judge of you tube. Judge him when he is on the pitch in front of yoy. get behind him. He is ours and i for one am excited by him signing.
