From the ex Scout I follow on there who i've talked about in the past has tweeted this tonight when asked by someone else who our targets are:

Muamba, Kyrgiakos, Rasmus Elm, Warnock, Brown, Van Nistelrooy, Palacios & Kranjcar.
 
I'd be pleased with any of them. Don't know much about Elm, but from what I've read on Wikipedia sounds good.
I've heard the Warnock rumour a couple of times, good that we are apparently after a proper LB.
 
with West Ham more than likely to get relegated I bet a number of their players will want to leave the club such as Parker, Cole, Upson, Ba etc ...would love Parker to join.
Out of the names mentioned in the tweet I think all of them would be difficult to sign though Warnock would secure LB.
 
Oh my god, what is it with Stoke and Ruud?! seriously he's been linked with the potters for AGES now. I doubt he'll ever come to us.
