It is stupid to talk about league reconstruction, league reconstruction is similar to moving the deck chairs around on the deck of the titanic as the boat sank . Any reconstruction that doesn't include the removal of The Rangers/Rangers1872 or any derivatives of that poisoned club cannot be serious about having a fair decent league system. League Reconstructions should mean that over a season the team that within the rules of the game tops the league wins the league. Ability and not friendship with referees or Officals should be the only criteria for winning .
