I’ve got sky sports in my package. The message on the tv screen is saying I need to upgrade to watch Sunderland’s game. I’ve got Sky Sports complete pack. I’ve tried phoning ( 2 different numbers) and I’m being told that the department is closed for the evening.

If you're trying to watch Premier Sports channel on Sky, I'm sure its a different subscription to Sky Sports
