It is alright people moaning about the government but these ludicrous regulations about air pollution weren't brought in by them. They will have originated in .Brussels.
Just back from a week in the London area and driving through London you are confronted with what is in effect one big building site, road diversions on the ground, cranes high up in the air and now the Houses Of Parliament are being encased in scaffolding. Thats on the surfuce, down below a massive construction site exists for something called Crossrail, so if you are wondering why no money appears to be available for construction and upgrade of a major road in Hull then maybe the construction activity in and around the capital may have something to do with it. Maybe some of it is private finance but whatever there is certainly not much coming to our neck of the woods to improve our lot C of C or not.
Its been well documented that money has been drained from all iver the country to pay for all the things in London
If they're started moving graves! Then the finances must be in place to do the new slip road? This is to ease the traffic light problem, I just don't know where they get 2020 as a finish date?
