Looks like another group of wealthy Asians (Chinese this time) are looking to raise an English team back up to the PL, this time Coventry City.

It is nowhere near finalized and perhaps never will be but is this a worrying trend?
So far there is Leicester City, QPR, Blackburn Rovers & Cardiff City (have I missed anyone) with Asian owners/investors but none of them, to date, have succeeded in taking a club to the PL or even shown any signs that their investment looks like even remotely like being a good one. That is a little unfair on TF at QPR as it is still very early days but the point remains as they have not really progressed this season.
Edit - before someone says I forgot Man City, I didn't as the Arabs are the Middle East region and not part of Asia
