Like I said, strikers' performances are only rated on goals scored. Once he scores a few goals the same people here will rave about him as a great signing. He is being shown a great deal of respect by Montpellier defenders this game, and that can only be good news for the rest of our forwards.
He is still making a good impact in this game, without yet having scored a goal. He deserves his place in this starting line up for me
He's still doing it! I thought after we'd sold Clichy and Song, we'd gotten rid of players who faff around our box with the ball. Play it simple or hoof it out!
Is Chamakh on the bench? Surely he has to be better than Giroud. Also, Cazorla looks tired now, his passing is getting sloppy.
Giroud has been awful. Really Really bad. Taking Carzorla off would be a terrible idea. We need to KEEP the ball and Ramsey is FAR more likley to loose possession should he come on.
Cazorla keeps giving the ball away. Having Coquelin on wouldn't be such a bad option. Cazorla needs a rest. Poldi too, he's gone very quiet.
I wouldn't say Giroud has been awful, he just hasn't had an effect on the game bar the assist. Yanga-Mibwa has him in his pocket.
