Monolith

Anyway I've seen something that gives me belief that there are aliens, you didn't see it. You should just trust me and fear our new leaders, the monoliths are the first stage of our salvation.

I believe in something more than this life when we die, I don't feel I need to prove anything to anyone. I just believe.

I mean there might be life out there in fact there probably is, but I don't think there's any evidence they actually exist.

Probably not but it makes sense for there to be other habitable planets. It's just a stretch to believe they can get here.

I also think it'll be microorganisms or simple forms of life if any at all.. I personally believe we're the aliens.

That a guess.

You have no facts to back that up.
He said our solar system, and there’s plenty of evidence to back that up.

The likelihood of there being intelligent life somewhere across the universe is high imo, but it’s equally likely that the distance makes contact highly unlikely.

The other thing I think is ignored is the scale of time... I mean the human race has only existed for a tiny fraction of time. Its possible life already existed elsewhere, but what's the chances of a race existing at the time? The existence of any race is temporary

How can you be sure something doesn't exist without any evidence?

I can't rule it out, but until I have actual evidence i remain unconvinced and in the case of aliens visiting this planet or existing in our solar system all the evidence points to them not existing at all.

I mean I can't prove flying unicorns don't exist, but I'm fairly certain that they don't.

As that’s sort of how it works. He can claim there’s no intelligent life in the solar system and you can’t provide anything that can refute that, whereas he can provide plenty of evidence as to why he’s almost certainly right.
