I'd echo that and is the reason for my scepticism or realism dependent upon your take on things. We've had more false dawns than even Tottenham
Chesh, forget it mate, he was sacked as you well know. He was contracted until the 30th June. He was contracted to return after a few days off after the season finished, which he duly did. He stated he was looking at players for the new season as he hadn't been informed as to whether he was going to be kept on. Got called to meet the club secretary after a board meeting and was told no new contract and was relieved of his duties immediately. I can't be certain as I wasn't there but I'm sure he wasn't told he could resume his holiday. One thing I do agree with is if they paid up his June wages, that should be the end of it and no LMA intervention.
The comments Cellino chose to make about others being interviewed before Evans was dismissed are clear evidence of constructive dismissal as well as completely unnecessary and disrespectful. It will quite rightly mean another tribunal loss for Cellino.
Ow come on Glory,no such thing we are all allowed to look at other options.I checked compare the market before renewing my car insurance but it wasn't a sacking case.
It's not my opinion. It's the legal principle. perhaps you could send your mate Cellino this link. www.comparethewatermelon.com
Cellino will pay Evans his holiday pay at the end of the month when its due,he can then look for other employment.
