Was reading about that earlier, not on at all. Him and his missus are right to shout about it. We take pride in still being a community club but if morons act like this we'll soon become just another wannabe big club.
A petition by every clubs fans should be started in support of monks stand on cheating and continuous bad refereeing because it's for the benefit of all clubs at the end of the day. Monk is just the spokes person at the end of the day......I dont have a clue how to start a petition or i would set one up myself....
When things can't go any lower ...... surprise, surprise they do! I'm presuming that your claim is tongue in cheek Monty.
Would love to know what the letter said seeing as we're 6th in the Premier League. I imagine managers get this sort of stuff all the time, but to hand-deliver it was a bit pathetic.
Monk won't be facing charges by the FA http://www.swanseacity.net/news/article/monk-charge-2049725.aspx
This is getting embarrassing with Monks wife getting involved, she should leave issues like this to Monk, not the first time she's kicked out, get a grip for crying out loud!........ "The FA, who asked Monk for his observations following the fixture, has reminded the Swansea manager about his responsibilities regarding media comments". So he'll not receive a ban or fine, which is what I thought would happen, he is after all still a young Rookie, maybe the club can help Monk and his wife to be more Media savvy.
It's her husband dragon. what would you say if your wife never defended you. she is well within her rights....imo
Well it wasn't me!...........I happen to think that Monk is doing a great job, but there are more than one or two Idiots in Swansea, so take your pick.........
The letter went to her house, it would be different if it went to the club. she is entitled to speak out. this gutless wonder has a right to say what he feels but he should have sent it to the liberty and not his home where it is a private place for monk his wife and children...this person is nothing but a troll and should be reported if he is known. monks wife is well within her rights to speak out....
Isn't sending letters, or instigating telephone calls etc at a persons residence in relation to criticism or grievances illegal under many western nation laws due to the very real possibility that if this became a common event somebody who told a customer his/her car insurance was going up could end up being killed by the aggrieved? I'm sure there is a law prohibiting us making complaints this way.
I don't think sending a letter or phoning someone up to complain is a crime. The story is really about Mrs Monk having another Twitter melt down.
