so bonymaenjack, the person who trawls the internet and various cardiff city forums for snippets of bad news about CCFC, has dismissed our guardian report of how much SCFC have avoided paying to small local businesses which could really have done with being paid what they were owed, because it 'doesnt count'.

i dont really know what the point of this thread is, we all know the dark past of administrations that SCFC prefer not to talk about, no matter how much you try and worm your way out of the situation.

we put our hands in our pockets when you were outside ninian begging us for our spare change, never forget that.

now **** off back to your caravan :)

Now you say the newspaper report doesnt count because you dont agree / like / believe the article. To save embarressment in the future dont bother linking to any media items relating to Cardiff City to your posts as they wont be believed however true they may be.

What precedent have I set ? I have asked for some one to prove that the club "ripped off " individuals and companies.The CVA was independently adjudicated and was presented and approved by members of Swansea County Court judiciary .
The only "proof "provided on here was an item in the Guardian which made certain statements which in part were not factual other than that no poster on here has provided any evidence of who was 'ripped off" and how .

The precedent is that when presented with something from the media to support a view opposed to your own simply state 'that was in x so it doesn't count'. End of arguement. So in the future dont post anything from the media to support your viewpoint.

Why ? I have not been uncivil towards any poster ,because no one can prove that people were deliberately ripped off , the piece in the Guardian was a journalists' view on whether the dividend paid out would have put to better use in paying back the balance of money, owed from a previous administration (that is a different topic) ,not once did he quote creditors were robbed , ripped off or any other collection of words indicating theft .
 
God you are just about to start your first season in the EPL and all you seem concerned about is 271,000 that was historically owed by SCFC, Now the debt was owed by the regime prior to Huw Jenkins and co. NInth Floor/Neil McClure /petty etc. Now since Huw Jenkins and co have taken over the local economy has gained millions and with the Success of Swansea City gained tens of millions since we have been in the premiership , now the swansea board have taken £2 million as dividends for their investment, the creditors received 37p in the pound on the debt owed,swansea could have gone under they would then have recieved 0p in the pound, Now ask yourselves this question how much will vincent tan cream of cardiff city when he ups sticks and cashes in on his 7% interest on the debt you owe him i suspect a lot more than 2 million.


Now enjoy your premiership season, savour every moment because it does not happen to many teams and their supporters and don't worry about Swansea's historic debt being historic its in the past.
