I dont like playing in red.
You cant rewite history.
Id rather play in red than see a local school ripped off.
But in your case you can sell it.

No we didnt.
Good source of a wind up for you though.
You did rip off your creditors.
Good source of a wind up as we can see with all the toys being thrown out of the pram.
I cant believe a Jack started this thread - asking for trouble. I actually feel sorry for you and leave others take it to the undoubted century.![]()

Dont know Hilts, most have given up you can only try and educate pork so many times![]()
the club was smart enough to take out a cva to clear the debts and keep our history and identity.
That one line shows your intelligence level![]()

You owed money, you didn't pay it
We owed money, we paid it.
Thats the bottom line, as Hilts said, you can't change history, although you seem to want to bend it out of shape slightly.
We both know it happened to some extent, no point trying to dodge that bullet.
You owed money, you didn't pay it - do you have proof of this or just hearsay?
We owed money, we paid it. - No you didn't VT paid it and you will eventually pay him back

Then can you definitely say who the money was owed to ? simple question

I refer you both to the post that I posted , while both of you were writing yours.
Also, I didn't realise I had to offer anything up in the way of backing anything i say, but if you are saying you didn't owe anything to anyone, well thats a different matter.
Of course there was money owed by to individuals and businesses but describe the club as "ripping " people off is a different matter. The CVA was a legal arrangement and agreed by the creditors by a majority of 92.4% ,which two points should be highlighted, Democracy and Legality, the former was a vote by each creditor and the latter a legal arrangement, so how any one was 'ripped off' would suggest a bent legal bench and vote rigging, none of which was ever mentioned at the time .
The NHS Trust were one of the creditors who voted against the arrangements but due to the majority being in favour then the lost the vote. The Police declined to submit a proxy vote and therefore gave up any claim to monies owed .
Hopefully this clears a few things up for you
I see, you're just the stooge for Boney, no point in communicating with you anymore then.
Boney, if you're not denying you owed money then I don't see the point in this thread except for nitpicking.
With the ongoing problems between us on this board, this is in bad taste to say the least, it just encourages animosity, and we don't need to encourage that, we have a plentiful supply already.
You owed money and you didn't pay it, people suffered because of it, thats life.
