He looks to be up against it with the Varian horse stick, who finished behind Von Blucher lto. Here's hoping for a good run and coming back sound. Good luck

stick, did you say/imply before that he is/would be better on the Lingfield type surface? Nice to see he has Rob Havlin on board. Is that likely to bring about improvement would you think?
 
Just thinking. We have a couple of 2yos and the rate at which they are developing is amazing. During this stage of rapid development, it's a bit hit or miss as to whether the increase in size will be consistent with the increase in strength. At this stage we don't even think of backing (getting on) them. Training them and preparing them for the race track must be very difficult. Good luck tomorrow from everyone here. I've had a couple of grand ew at 50s. I haven't but I'll wish I had if he wins for you.

They have both surfaces at Epsom and Buzz goes much better on the Lingfield version.. Very positive having Rab on board and very hopeful that we will make the frame.
 
Wishing you the very best of luck Stick and a place certainly not out of the range of possibilities but I would also go for the mark tomorrow as you could run really well and come away with nothing in that race.

I actually like a few at Lingfield tomorrow.

1.30 Ennaadd Evens
Being backed to the exclusion of everything else, has experience over some and looks a penalty kick on his previous runner up performance.

2.00 Aleator 3-1
Beaten by what I think will be a decent all weather horse this winter, the Godolphin horse must be feared but has got too many places to his name for me.

2.30 Secret Hint 4-1
Bet of the day and possibly the week, dropping in grade whilst many are going up in grade to contest this race. It's a bold prediction with a 7-4 favourite but I predict this horse will go off favourite and win. Get on now at whatever is going.

....and you know that aint gonna happen, he runs on his merit, if he is 4th then cest la vie.
Anyone spotted the Derby entry in the field? How can you run in two AW median auction juvenile races in mid winter and bump into Derby entries twice running!
