Indeed it is Red. I wonder whether any of the footage of violence in bookies will feature any of the regular posters. My money's on Sir Barney <whistle>

I gave my selection RV..it's up to people whether they back it to win, each way or tote place !

Though all money went west on Ransom Note for any of those bets !

Arkle <doh> I am not criticising. I am just saying if I picked a 7/2 winner it would annoy me if I got a smaller return. It was a nice call.

Great to see Aagean Dawn entered at the weekend for the Rising Stars Novices Chase. Now in training with Robert Walford. Dynaste also an interesting entry.

Am kicking myself a bit over that Golden Hoof. Shouldn’t have bought into the whole ‘Ransom Note was very useful on the Flat’ line. That ‘no bet’ should have been a bet.

Dan, I’m always very well behaved when in the offices of those bookie chappies. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed any aggro in one (my calming presence must sooth all the punters). Has anyone???

Robert Walford just had his first winner with CAROLE'S DESTINY who also moved from the Henderson yard

I have seen a few fracas in my time...one of the funniest was a couple of West Indian guys who arrived late for their bet with a couple of hundred pounds to be put on a 5/1 shot which won and they were trying to smash the place down with the staff cowering behind phoning the police who arrived too late to arrest them for damage to the premises !

<laugh> Glad to hear it Barney. I've seen a few machines get smashed up by people who resent losing their weeks wages in 5 minutes flat and there was a rather nasty incident where somebody samshed up the TV screens and windows because they opuldnlt accept his explanation that although he backed horse a he had intended to back horse b and therefore should ahve his winnings paid out. That's taking the old aftertiming mularkey to a new level I think

Sounds like the bookies 'up north' have a better clientele than the southern ones... Nowt like that happens up here...<whistle>

I've been given a tip for Just Breathe 15/2 in the 2.15 at Wolverhampton

Looks like its Kirsty Milczarek's only race today. Don't know if that's significant or not

Shambolic race in general. For one reason or another Dromore Hill never went a yard today. Trying too hard take on Dushy Valley wouldn't have helped but there was no way in hell that was his true showing today. Wouldn't be overly keen to back him again though!

Three decent fancies today so have done a trixi and with an extra treble, Loch Ba the banker however which i think is the bet of the day.

BLACK THUNDER @ 9/4 Kempton 2.40
LOCH BA @ 9/4 Kempton 3.45
ARAGORN ROUGE @ 15/8 Wolver 3.55

Indeed,Bluesky...unusual for Mick Channon to be running horses in 3 mile chases and I was given Loch Ba earlier as already posted.

Sorry to advise everyone that one of my sources also gave me Gung Ho Jack in the 1.45 at Wolves though I had gone to lunch by then and couldn't add it here....suffice to say I didn't back it myself as usual on the AW !

Jeffery I wish you had backed Porters War Tote Place with your 300 pounds !!

My advised horse was 2nd in the same race beaten on the nod..though it was a cracking race to watch !

Didn't seem to find much off the bridle after travelling sweetly, that Black Thunder. Big horse though, and probably needed the pipe opener. I'll leave him on my tracker, and expect to see the best of him over fences.

Rainestorm heavily backed in the next at Wolves. Doesn't take a huge amount to change the market here though.
