Worcester 1.45 Sizing At Midnight

Last time out was a good run in 3rd over hurdles. On a winning chase mark and stable amongst the winners recently. Won 2 handicap chases around this sort of trip last summer.

Worcester 4.40 Long Call

- career low mark
- earned minor money in 2 of last 3 runs, last 2 runs were in class 3 today is a class 4
- has been in the first 4 places 7 times from 15 runs in the NH game which doesn't look bad for each way purposes
- Tony Carroll who has been amongst the winners recently has a good each way record at Worcester
- 2nd run after a wind surgery

Worcester 5.15 Layerthorpe

Backed this one last time out after putting it on here when beaten late at Southwell. That was his 2nd good run after an absence. Debra Hamer does well in handicap hurdles at Worcester over the last 5 seasons

runs 26 wins 7 placed 6 PL 28.45

Ben Jones who knows the horse well retains the ride.

Nottingham 1.20 Quoteline Direct

Micky Hammond looks to have a nice each way chance in this female amateur riders event.

From the stables website:

"Quoteline Direct runs in the Female Amateur Jockeys 0-65 handicap over 10 furlongs at 1.20.pm, with Becky Smith retaining the ride. Quoteline Direct looked all over the winner at Ripon last time in the Ladies Derby over 12 furlongs, but he didn't quite see out the trip, and faded in to third place. This step back in distance from a 1lb lower mark is in his favour."

If Layerthorpe runs well now it would give the form of Leading Knight who runs in the last a boost. Leading Knight was a beaten fav in 4th behind Layerthorpe at Southwell last time out but could be worth a bet today.
