I am not a Royalist by any stretch and abhor titled birthright but even I can see that they generate a huge amount of wealth in this country. I was in Canada only a few years ago and was quite overwhelmed by the number of Canadians that wanted to talk to us about the Royal family and how proud they were regarding the association between the two countries.
