Stratford 6.05 Pointed and Sharp

Has earned minor money for connections in 4 from 5 runs this year. Is on a career-low mark now and the Hobbs stable is hitting form (nice winner on saturday). No ground worries. I've the feeling they have found an ideal opportunity for each way purposes today.

Brighton 3.15 CAP D'ANTIBES

Not beaten far in 4th on first visit to Brighton for former trainer. Last time out at Chelmsford hinted some promise when leading 1 f out (supported in the market). On a career-low mark. Worth a small each way on 2nd try at this track.

ALIOMAANA 33/1 Stratford 5:05
Division one of the juvenile is a far weaker affair than division two and the selection was the highest rated of these on the flat when trained by the one and only John Gosden. Aliomaana has also proven her staying ability and a number of these will surely struggle to get home on hurdles debut. The ones who have raced really are no great shakes and I am actually very surprised to see this beautifully bred filly on offer at such huge odds. 25/1 four places for those who like a little extra insurance.

17,15 Nazine 33/1 e/w five places with PP and Betfair, others four

Small bet. Up in trip. Won his maiden and then flopped in a Grade 2 and his handicap debut. With four or five places I'm going to take the risk.

If it's any consolation, I followed you in .... 33-1 at 1/5th with Bet365.
I was looking at this as a positive, however you may feel it could have won but for my "assisstance"!!!
