That umpire decision has to be the final nail. It was one of those, if the umpire had given it it would have stayed out even if reviewed

 

True,it was a close call but hit Cummins just outside the line.

 

Just watching the Kempton action and I feel we've been done over with Escort'men. He barely made a mistake at the fence, just slipped and unshipped Ruby (who might have done better I think!). Then Chablais jumped markedly out to his left and you'd have to think that the Nicholls horse would have had at least a decent chance of lowering Chablais' colours.
