Are Monaco loaded now or something?

I don't care much for foreign football, but I have a special lack of interest for French football in particular.

Other Hull City fans care like European football too? All football impacts Hull City. Monaco spend big > they sell some of their lesser players to other clubs > that club will sell players to fund that > the next club has to sell to fund new signings and so on. Other clubs transfer indirectly have an impact on City's.

Yeah, their owner is one of the richest people in the world.

    Since when though?

I've only just caught up with PSG's new wealth. You telling me they're not even the big boys of French football finances any more?

I hope Falcao doesn't go there. He's meant to be one of the best players around at the moment. He should be going somewhere serious.

Monaco is Monaco, super car capital of the world (after Dubai of course) the people from there could probably afford to buy Harry redknaps dog.

If falcao goes to Monaco it will be a travesty. He's an immense talent and needs to be playing at the highest level for the integrity of football. Hulk followed the silly money to Zenit and what's he doing now? Being **** and forgotten about, he blew his big chance at the big time.

And anyone saying French football is interesting is deluded. It's the worst football in the world. So dull and boring. I'm yet to watch a French game where there's more than 10 shots in the whole game. Total **** supported by **** crowds and passionless fans. French football is about as interesting a sun dried turd rolling about in stoke city center.

Monaco is in France? I coulda sworn it was a Country in its own right. Who knew eh?

Maybe buying all these awesome players will make them a better team, and encourage the other French, or Monacoan teams to play better, in much the same way that Man City did in our PL.

Bully? It's "centre". The yanks spell it wrongly like you did. I realise you might be a bro from da hood innit, but just stop it, it's not a good look for a white middle aged bloke. Dawg. Peace out.

In fairness, our spelling of centre is a stupid French thing which the Americans fixed for us.

    They should.

That transfer will likely see Reina go to Barca, they've been after him for a few years.

If so, expect someone like Begovic to go to Liverpool.

I can't believe they're about to sign Falcao. I know they have money but who is at the helm? They have to be very persuasive. No matter how nice Monaco is (it's not really though) or how much money splashed, why would you go there knowing you're at least going to miss a year of european football and no guarantee of CL

Valdes I can understand but Falcao? Isn't he meant to have ambitious of playing for a bigger club than Atletico? Monaco will never really be a big club and even if they do well they won't be winning any cups or leagues for a while.
