I don't understand why we are talking about replacement managers. IMO most of the ones mentioned wouldn't be an improvement on the incumbent. We aren't talking about a manager that puts out a team with no forwards here. What we should be talking about is the actual players, who to put it mildly, some of whom need a kick up the arse. Last week we did more than enough to win that game and ended up losing. Individual errors and bad refereeing led to the defeat. Yet MON took most of the stick. The team we had on the pitch should have been capable of so much more, we were dominating the second half and conceded two goals!!!!! I'm as disappointed as any one with our results, but it all isn't down to the manager, and yes there has been games when I thought it was down to MON. But I still think we have to give him at least one more season where he has a chance to get rid of the deadwood. The players need to stand up and be counted and earn their ****ing wages. Every body was clamouring for two up top, two up top will only work against certain teams. It wasn't working last week and MON should have changed it earlier, but like us he was hoping it would lead to goals. By the way lads lets ease off the personal attacks. FFS I thought we were past that? Argue your corner by all means, do it heatedly by all means, but lets keep it to opinions not who can call who names. I get frustrated when the same faces say exactly the same anti MON things ad-infinitum on EVERY thread. It's as if they have it ready to copy and paste. I just ignore them.
