I'm going to count this and every other game since Southampton away tonight, so there'll be plenty of the MOM posts cluttering up the board tonight. I'll post an up to date table and April's player of the month on the Spurs thread after they've all been counted.
Current table with just Man United to go: Dawson 33 Brady 24 Quinn 22 Jelavic 20 Chester 18 Diame 14 Livermore, Robertson, Bruce 12 Aluko, N'Doye 11 McShane 10 Hernandez 7 Ramirez 6 Davies, McGregor, Elmohamady 5 Ben Arfa, Harper 4 Maguire, Figueroa, Safbo 3 Jakupovic, Rosenior, Huddlestone 2 Meyler, Ince 1 Snodgrass 0 April Player of the Month: McShane 6 Aluko 3 (130) N'Doye 3 (81)
Huddlestone two points all season. In his position if he has a game where he makes an impact going forward he'd always get votes. Seems he hasn't done all season.
Absolutely - and many weeks he has been. He gets my vote for PotY - even though he's a despicable cheat.
Why? How many assists does he have? How many chances has he created? How often does he do anything other than cross from deep, going to the by-line and cutting it back or going inside himself? He is a willing runner and good at taking it past a man on the outside, he also wins a lot of headers, but other than that he doesn't really do anything.
